The first Business Ecosystems Summit welcomed 150 exhibitors and 10 governors from across the Lake Region Economic Block, closing with KES 300M in signed investment deals.

Held 26 to 28 November 2025 in Kisumu, the second edition drew 746 delegates and 35 speakers, with 86 exhibitors and 3,129 marketplace visitors across the two day summit, delegates represented 18 countries in total.
Africa's Northern Corridor Trade Activation Forum
Held 9 to 11 June 2026 at Lake Naivasha Sawela Resort, the third edition convened around the AfCFTA Northern Corridor, structured across six pillars from SEZs to green energy. Co-conveners included Kenya's Ministry of Trade and Investment, Nakuru County Government, KenInvest, and the AfCFTA Secretariat. Final attendance and outcomes will be added once available.
